Personal Touch Food Service, Inc. names new Vice President of Operations/Business Development and announces changes to company's senior leadership team.

Buffalo, NY - Personal Touch Food Service, a leading provider of contract food service management, recently announced the appointment of Glenn A. Butler as the company's new Vice President of Operations/Business Development.  Glenn will be responsible for the operation and performance of the company's food service units and develop opportunities for growth and expansion.

Glenn has been a professional in the foodservice industry for over 34 years serving in positions of leadership with Service Systems Corp, Marriott, Sodexo and was most recently VP of Sales and Marketing with McCullagh Coffee in Buffalo.  Glenn currently serves on an advisory board and several committees with Meals on Wheels for WNY, is an Officer with the International Food Service Executives Association in Buffalo and a member of the New York State Restaurant Association and Erie County School Nutrition Association. Glenn was awarded Distinguished Alumni Award from ECC in 1998. Glenn lives in Wheatfield with his wife of 34 years and has 2 children.

In addition to Glenn's appointment, there are two changes in the company's senior leadership team.  James R. McHugh, owner and founder of Personal Touch Food Service, will become the Chief Executive Officer and David A. Cervi has been named President.
